I will give you shepherds according to My heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding

      Pastor Chen was born in Taiwan and migrated with his family to the States at the age of 11. He graduated from North Carolina State University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and worked as a Software Engineer for a telecommunication company. Pastor Chen received his ministerial training from Rhema Bible Training Center and served as a volunteer in various ministerial positions, including Associate Pastor at Victory Church. In 1999, responding to the calling of God, Pastor Chen with his wife and son moved to Taiwan and served as a missionary.

      Pastor Chen is an anointed teacher. His passionate and bold preaching has changed the lives of many. Numerous people, through his sound Biblical teaching, have received healing and deliverance. Through the anointed delivery of the Word, many have developed a deeper walk with God and learned to trust Him fully.
